The Heliostat™ 300 is an easy to install, use and maintain electrostatic roller that applies a charge to the impression roller that transmits through the substrate causing ink to consistently lift from the engraved cells significantly improving print quality along with reducing waste.

• Unit lift-off is available with a manual function, or with a pneumatic lift-off for ease of use with wider web presses.
• An optional oscillating charge bar can be added to the pneumatic liftoff version to reduce paper dust, ink build-up and streaking in the print.
