QuadTech Announces Plans for Customer Visits During Graph Expo
Sussex, WI--9 October 2008--QuadTech Inc., the world's preeminent designer and manufacturer of automated print controls, announced today that instead of having booth space at this year’s Graph Expo, it will hosting customer visits to its state-of-the-art research and development facility.
With the current economic conditions customers are facing, QuadTech made the decision to invest funds typically used for exhibition space, shipping, travel and the like to reach-out in more meaningful ways, which include, but will not be limited to special pricing offers, technical assistance, and onsite visits from QuadTech technical experts to help its customers’ efficiency and productivity.
“Given that many new product introductions were made at drupa this year, we expect attendance at Graph Expo to be much lower than usual,” said Karl Fritchen, President of QuadTech. “Many of our customers have told us that with a tight economy, they won't be spending the money to travel to the show. Although they won’t be at the show, we realize our customers are our most important asset, so this is a time where we can truly show that QuadTech is a partner in their success and in their business.”
As an alternative to exhibiting, QuadTech will be organizing visits to its High Tech Centre research and development facility in Sussex, Wisconsin. There visitors can get a first-hand look at QuadTech's development of exciting new products introduced at drupa 2008, including SpectralCam™, AccuCam™, and Enhanced Autotron™ 2600 with ClearLogic™.
For visitors and customers attending the show, QuadTech will have representatives available at partner Prism North America's booth (#4213). QuadTech offers the Prism QTMS product line throughout the Americas and Europe.
