Sussex, WI--22 June 2009--QuadTech customer, MetroColor, S.A., a Lima, Peru-based offset and digital printer that specializes in catalogs, books, cosmetic and flexo packaging, is the first company in Peru to use closed-loop color control, after installing QuadTech's ICON™ integrated product platform. The network-based ICON™ platform allows operation of automated press controls from a single, centralized station.

QuadTech products installed on MetroColor's brand new Goss Sunday 2000 press include the Register Guidance System with Vector®, Ribbon Control System with MultiCam® Color Control System with Instrument Flight®, and Data Central® application. As the world’s preeminent designer and manufacturer of automated print controls, QuadTech is proud to be the first provider of this kind of equipment to Peru.
